This program provides peace of mind, ensuring you are consistently cared for, regardless of treatment needs. Members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including no annual maximums, no deductibles, no downgraded benefits, no pre-existing condition limitations, no activation fees, no waiting periods, and no claim forms. Our membership program is designed to provide comprehensive coverage across all dental treatments, with a strong emphasis on preventative care to support long-term health. Please note that this program is not available to patients with dental insurance.

Plan Details and Limitations

Our Reset plans are designed to make high-quality dental care accessible. To help you make the most of your plan, please note: Reset plans are savings plans, not dental insurance. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other dental plan, for referrals to specialists, or for hospitalizations or hospital charges of any kind. Plans are nontransferable and nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses not to use the plan. Benefits do not carry over to the following year. Plans and fees are subject to change.
